Punti di forza dell'appartamento: la posizione, vicina alla Stazione FS e all'autostazione (noi ci siamo mossi sempre coi mezzi pubblici) e al centro di Udine; il silenzio e la tranquillità di cui abbiamo goduto, soprattutto di notte; la pulizia; lo stile degli arredi; gli spazi perfettamente adeguati alle nostre necessità; i due bagni forniti di tutto; i letti comodi; i contatti via WA con Natan per qualunque necessità; il self check in con codice; la vicinanza ai ristoranti "Ai vecchi parrocchiani", "Ca' tapas" e "Osteria dell'agane" che consigliamo.
La seconda camera non ha un armadio. Per noi non è stato un problema, data la breve permanenza, ma per altri potrebbe esserlo.

Amazing apartment close to the historical centre. The host was friendly and helpful and gave some great recommendations for food and drinks. Check in was easy and the parking is in the building, which is convenient.

Gli spazi d'appoggio in cucina non sufficienti.. ragazzi togliere il microonde dalla tavola per cortesia,serve solo un mobiletto di spazio c'è n'è.

Wonderful stay in a central yet quiet location!
We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. It is ideally situated—very central, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. There is a church nearby that rings its bells briefly in the morning, but it didn't bother us at all.
The apartment is very spacious, with comfortable beds, and it comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We especially appreciated the dishwasher, washing machine, reliable and fast Wi-Fi, and the cute little balcony. Coffee and tea was available and as well salt and oil.
Please note that the air conditioning is located only in the living room.
There are two standard parking spaces available on-site; however, parking might be a bit tricky if your vehicle is over 5 meters long. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.
Recommend a new laundry hanger and air con or van the sleeping rooms as well, sofa bed was ok, park situation
