Age limit is 21 years or older (unless accompanied by parents) Guests are required to verify their identification before check-in. Guests will receive an e-rental agreement which must be e-signed prior to arrival. Please note, a £250 security deposit is required before check-in information is released. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out. Check-in time is from 3pm. Checkout time is 10am. If you wish to check-in earlier or check-out later please let me know as it might be possible depending on the previous guest’s checking out.
