The property’s unique location, right on Lake Chiemsee, promises wonderful days.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Chiemseestrand vacation residence and features a living and dining area with an open kitchen. The covered wooden balcony (without a lake view) is accessible from the living area. In addition to a bedroom with a double bed, the living area features a sleeper sofa—equipped with a real mattress—as an additional sleeping option. The low-maintenance wood-look flooring creates a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, rounds out this vacation home.
For stays of 4 nights or more, a complimentary linen package is included, which consists of bed linens, towels (1 regular towel and 2 shower towels per person), a bath mat, and dish towels. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available in the complex’s basement. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The visitor’s tax is already included in the rental price. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.
The parking space is located directly in front of the house. Electric cars are also accommodated: the on-site wallbox can be used for a fee. Bicycles can be stored in the bike garage. There’s even room for a few SUP boards in specially installed racks.
