About this apartment rental
Cozy, peaceful, and perfectly located—this centrally situated guesthouse is your secluded Three Rivers escape. Unwind in the comfy living area and enjoy the view of shady oaks through the large sliding glass door. Step onto the large covered deck with comfy hanging chairs and a beautiful fountain. Stroll the lovely grounds and spot abundant wildlife. Minutes to town, and just 6 miles to the Sequoia National Park entrance.
The space
The casita shares its property with the main house that it's on. Please use side gate beside main house to gain access to the entry door located on the side of the casita.
Guest access
Follow the large concrete steps that lead to the side entry door of the casita. The parking area is located directly in front of the casita. Note: if you street park you'll have a better view of the grounds from the sliding glass door of the casita. But do whatever works for you!
There is a small storage area designated for host use that is located beneath the hot water heater cabinet. Other than that, the rest of the casita is open for guest use.
Other things to note
Limit disposal of trash into outdoor bin during your stay. This will help reduce the likelihood of bears making a mess of the trash.

Wonderful place to stay, close to the park and very clean and comfortable. The outdoor set up is super cute as well and the host gave some great recommendations for restaurants.

This was a very relaxing place. Making it easy to come down from the National Park and still feel the calm. We saw wild turkey, quail and chipmunks just in the yard. For food: We ate at Tony’s Greek Taverna which was really fresh, and delicious. Make a reservation. Casa Mendoza Mexican Restaurant has a nice garden and your basic Mexican food. I would also recommend Sequoia Coffee! Also lovely outside seating. I wish we had taken a picnic up into the park, but didn’t have time. There is only one restaurant in the park which we also didn’t go to. The drive up takes about an hour (just for parking and shutttle) and is very twisty. I believe several places make prepared food.

Big space, close to seqoias

Charming, stylish, comfortable space with a lovely patio. Everything we needed was provided. Bed was comfy. Location is at the back of a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to town and a short drive into the National Parks.
Be aware that the adjacent house may be rented at the same time, impacting privacy a bit. This was not a problem for us, but I can see how it might be for some.
