Welcome to my charming 35 m² guest house, on one level, located at the bottom of my garden, at the back of my house.
The accommodation has a totally independent entrance to preserve your tranquility.
☀️ Comfortable and bright accommodation
The house consists of:
- A comfortable bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC,
- A spacious and bright living room with a view of the garden and the swimming pool,
- A fully equipped kitchen to cook like at home.
🌟For your comfort, you will also find:
- Air conditioning and heating,
- Wi-Fi,
- Washing machine and dryer,
- All the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.
🏊🏻Private Pool and Terrace
Outside, you will enjoy a completely private terrace and swimming pool, exclusively reserved for tenants during their stay.
In our region, where summer heat and heat waves are frequent, the air conditioning and swimming pool are particularly useful for cooling off and relaxing.
🌟 Ideal location
The house is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, which makes it possible to do everything on foot. (5 minutes from the Porte Thiers des Remparts)
🚗 Parking
Parking is possible in the driveway of the property. Vehicles park one behind the other (yours and mine); it is therefore simply necessary to organize ourselves if some departures take place early in the morning.
📌 Please note
- The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed located in the living room.
However, in order to preserve the calm of the place and the comfort of the accommodation, we accept a maximum of 2 adults.
Reservations for 4 people are therefore only possible for a family (2 adults accompanied by their children).
Groups of 3 or 4 adults are not accepted.
- A railway line runs along the ramparts towards the central station and is located near the accommodation. The house is equipped with double glazing, and trains arriving at the station run at a reduced speed. During our previous rentals (especially on Airbnb with 28 reviews), travelers have generally not been disturbed, but we prefer to specify this for people who are particularly sensitive to noise.
⚠️ ATTENTION: The calendar is not always up to date because I rent via different platforms and between individuals. Before making a reservation, please confirm availability with me, this will avoid a debit and then refund.
