Spacious, recently renovated appartment with sea view and sun in afternoon.

Sea view, sun in afternoon, spacious and recently renovated bathroom and kitchen.

A lot of white lights (not so cosy), beds were a bit hard, there was no heating (but they gave a heater after asking)

THE WORST EXPERIENCE

nice view, spacious, clean,

NO HEATING!!! NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! There was no air conditioning or heating. We were staying in this apartment in February and it was cold as hail !!! There is no air conditioning, so there was no possibility to stay warm. The apartment is equipped with a tiny heater (fan-heater) which is unable to heat anything. After the first night, we asked the owner for extra heaters. We called them twice. They promised to provide us with ones, but no one appeared at all at he premises. We also asked for extra blankets or duvets, but we didn't receive them either. We had to sleep in clothes!!!. We could cover with thin sheets only. These were hard two nights. There was a problem with electricity. The hot water comes from the boiler, which works all the time and is rather small, and not enough for 4 people. When we tried to use this tiny heater, the fuses kept blowing, and there was no light! You can not turn on the heater or the hairdryer, or the induction hob to cook something or to use the washing machine. Literally, if you need hot water, you cannot use any other appliance apart from a TV or a mobile charger. Staying there was a real nightmare for children because of the lack of heating, the very low temperature, and the huge issues with the electricity. The owner also didn't agree to switch the flats. I can not imagine what it is like in there during the very hot summer and how anyone could stand the heat. In addition, the flat is situated in a block of flats with a few steps from the entrance door to the elevators, so it might be inaccessible for the disabled or those with the baby strollers. The keys have to be collected from the office located c.a. 15 km from the apartment. The place looks nice, but has many drawbacks. Probably it's only suitable for months that are warm, but not to hot. I didn;t like the owners attitude, they probably know that the guest will not come back and they just don;t care since you paid in advance for your stay.

Lage, Ausstattung. Der telefonische Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief super. Er hat uns sogar den Schlüssel direkt hinterlegt, damit wir nicht 5 km weiter ins Office mussten.
