From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a fantastic, unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea (between the buildings) as well as Gosch Sylt and Grande Beach, and you’re just 30 meters from the beautiful beach in Scharbeutz. All you have to do is cross the pedestrian zone, where you’ll find numerous cafes—such as Grande Beach—and restaurants—such as Gosch Sylt—that invite you to indulge in a delicious meal. The building has an elevator. Use of the swimming pool is free—the fee is already included in the rental price and requires no additional charges. Here, you’ll enjoy a very central location with shopping options and a bakery right nearby. From the balcony, you’ll feel like you’re sitting in the front row at Gosch and Grande Beach. In addition to a variety of sports activities, you can also enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings and take walks on secluded forest trails. Set out from here on a bike ride along the Baltic Sea. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf, Travemünde, and Neustadt are all easily accessible by car, so you can enjoy a varied vacation
