Our newly renovated “Meeresurlaub” vacation home, located close to the beach, offers plenty of space for peace and relaxation.
The spacious living and dining area, featuring a large smart TV and a cozy seating area, along with the fully equipped open kitchen, are perfect for social gatherings. The lush greenery and trees in the lovingly landscaped garden provide a setting for relaxing moments in complete privacy. Enjoy the sun in the lounge area on the south-facing terrace. On colder days, you can stay warm with the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. A grill and fire pit for cozy barbecue evenings are also available.

The shopping street is a 5-minute walk away, and the beach promenade and the sea are a 10-minute walk away. Dive into the hustle and bustle or discover the diverse landscape and the fascination of the Wadden Sea.
A day at the beach, a guided mudflat hike, a romantic dinner, a stroll through the harbor, an exciting boat tour… and much more await you.

The Butjadingen Peninsula and the vacation home also offer plenty of fun and games for children of all ages. An adventure-filled vacation is guaranteed.
The vacation home is available year-round and is fully equipped for the fall and winter months as well:
- heated throughout
- indoor and outdoor fireplaces (fire starters and kindling available free of charge in the vacation home; firewood can be ordered)
- covered patio area
- a wide range of entertainment options: High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, Blu-ray player including a DVD/Blu-ray collection for all ages, stereo system, books for adults and children, CD player in the children’s room including audiobook and song CDs
- The resort town of Tossens is bustling year-round
- Center Parcs, featuring the “Aqua Mundo” water park as well as a sauna and wellness area, is just a 5-minute walk away

Welcome to the “Meeresurlaub” vacation home on the North Sea!

Our beachfront, newly renovated “Meeresurlaub” vacation home offers plenty of space for peace and relaxation.
The spacious living and dining area, featuring a large smart TV and a cozy seating area, along with the fully equipped open kitchen, invite you to enjoy time together with friends and family. The lush greenery and trees in the lovingly landscaped garden provide a setting for relaxing moments in complete privacy. Enjoy the sun in the lounge area on the south-facing terrace. On colder days, you can stay warm with the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. A grill and fire pit for cozy barbecue evenings are also available.

Additionally, there is 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine (including a dryer in the utility room) as well as 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200) and a TV, and a children’s room with a bunk bed (90 x 200).

All windows have exterior roller blinds. The garden features a large play area, various play structures, and a trampoline for children. A bike rack is available. Parking is available directly in front of the house entrance.
Dogs are welcome upon request. The garden is fenced in.
The vacation home has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association!



On-site costs: Final cleaning and utilities are included in the travel price. The guest fee (visitor’s tax) is settled on site. Additionally, the vacation home features: Wi-Fi, in-floor heating, exterior blinds, fly screens, walk-in shower, washer & dryer, grill and fire pit, trampoline, bike rack, high chair & booster seat, and bed guardrail. You can book the following services through our vacation home management: Towels €9.50 per person; bed linens €18 per person; linens package (bed linens & towels) €21 per person; refrigerator stocked according to your preferences upon arrival €10 per shopping trip; travel crib available upon request; on-site taxi service. Pets (dogs only) allowed by arrangement.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
