A lovely stay with great location! Walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes and stores!

Great location and easy check-in and access. Communication was excellent and beds and entire space were comfortable and clean.

Everything was great. The bathroom sink drained very slowly, at first we thought it was clogged. Not a big issue, though.

3 / 10

The experience was terrible from start to finish and definitely does not match what you would expect from even a minimal

There was a washing machine provided with laundry detergent and fabric softener, which was extremely helpful. There was also a welcome kit that included a game and coffee capsules. Additionally, the location was great—close to both the metro station and the Eiffel Tower.

Deplorable experience. In my opinion, the apartment is a complete shoe box, giving the impression of being some leftover space from a larger building that was later improvised and turned into an apartment. The space is extremely small, uncomfortable, and lacks proper ventilation. The property is literally at street level, and the front door is made of glass, allowing anyone walking on the sidewalk to look directly inside. The lack of privacy is absurd. We even had to improvise and hang a sheet on the door to try to stop passersby from staring inside. The cleanliness was also very disappointing. The floor was dirty, and basic amenities weren't even in usable condition—such as the French press, which was broken. The bathroom layout makes no sense at all: the toilet is right next to the washing machine, while the sink is located in another room. In other words, after using the bathroom, you have to leave the room and walk to a different area just to wash your hands—a completely unhygienic and inconvenient setup. To make matters worse, host communication was terrible. We were informed that late checkout would be possible for an extra fee, and we planned our departure around that information. However, later, while we were already out on the street, we received a new message stating we had to vacate the apartment immediately. When we returned to the property, someone was already inside cleaning while our belongings were still there. In practice, we were simply kicked out of the apartment, despite having previously received completely different information about the possibility of a late checkout. An extremely embarrassing and unacceptable situation. In summary: a tiny apartment with no ventilation, zero privacy, poor cleanliness, broken equipment, a badly designed bathroom, and above all, disastrous communication from the host To top it all off, the dishwasher wasn't working either.
