I want to start by saying the staff was fine and my review is about the homeless druggies hanging out in the parking lot! It’s really sad a newer hotel is a hangout for junkies. There were at least 10 plus cars in the parking lot with people just hanging out. After a bit they would go around the building to make their drug buy and head back to their vehicles. Our group will never stay here again. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place!

This place is more of a residence for some. Hallway needed a vacuum. Water couldnt get hot for anything! Just wasn't for us, we won't be staying here again.

This facility is in a very odd location back off of a main road and accessed by a long driveway. It does not feel much like a hotel. Lots of extended stay guests from what I could gather. It was clean and comfortable though, except for an odd, smoky smell in the common areas.

The place was new and the only positive was no carpet in the rooms so there was no stale cigarette smell. The hotel though had "smoking areas" right by the front and side doors so the hallways/entryways smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The elevator smelled of smoke and alcohol and the hotel guests looked as if they were right off the streets. There were no hairdryers, no tissues, no hand towels (2 tiny washcloths and 2 bath towels), no coffee maker nor did the hotel supply coffee (you had to pay for it from a vending machine). There was a nice kitchenette but no utensils to prepare meals. The room rate was inexpensive and close to my family which is why I chose this hotel yet, they skimped on so many things that it wasn't worth what I saved in a room rate. I was also charged a $50 "incidental" fee but there were no incidentals! We were also told this hotel is not in a good neighborhood. I didn't see homeless encampments but maybe it's because they were staying at this hotel? We won't be staying here again.

Not what we were expecting. Had the feeling of government subsidized housing with many long term residents. Price was reasonable, room was okay, but it didn't feel very safe. Was nice that it was pet friendly, but probably not a place I would return to for a night or two stay.

The room wasn't bad, just not my type of place to stay. The rooms were ok, clean just reminded me of a quick vacuum job. The bed frame is not secured to the wall, floor or heavy enough to stay put where they belong.
My family did have a nick name for the room, we called it the Ikea room. Some of the selves and the bed frame reminded me of shopping at Ikea.
Probably the biggest thing that really didn't fit my taste was the amount of dogs. At the checkin/out desk, you could see the dog hair on the floor mat and on the floor. We have dogs so I understand how how hard it is to keep a place clean. I didn't realize when I reserved my room that there would so many. On the way to my room, I noticed a few magnets on the door frame of other rooms that said something like animals or dogs in room. On our second night I had to run out to the car and on my way back in, I noticed like 3 people with dogs in the hallway.
Overall, this place is average, just not my kind of place.

I loved my stay!! The people there were so nice.

Not a very inviting front desk. Amenities were very minimal at best. Looks like people live there.

First time staying here and chose because I wanted a kitchenette. The usual place I stay with kitchenettes was fully booked. Well, having a kitchenette does no good when it does not come stocked with any type of dishes or cookware, so that wasn’t helpful. I could have paid extra for a few items but it was more cost effective for me to purchase the few items I needed. The people in the room next to me had a dog that barked often, at all hours of the day and night. The coaxial cable for the tv was completely ruined so the tv could not be watched, and when taken to the front desk I was told they did not have a replacement for it. I replaced it myself. It’s pretty sad when a place cannot replace a $10 cable in a room.

There was a party going on next door. Super loud. I called the front desk. They knew about it. They had already talked to room and asked them to be quiet. I asked them to address it again. The front desk said they would. But the manager would not get involved unless I called the police and reported it..,, lol super bad management. The party went on all night. I won’t be staying there again. This was at midnight. I paid for a room. I am not paid to do the managers job.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed the room smelt like pee. It was very noisy with other guest and they did not care how late they had music going . There was homeless people behind my room window . There was people smoking weed and the hallways smelled like weed . Do not stay I would stay away

Very quiet clean hotel but very difficult to find due to its awkward location and the low visibility of the sign for the hotel.

This is a newer property so it had that going for it. There were a lot of people hanging around the parking lot after dark. The rooms are very basic but do have an unstocked kitchen, completely bare bones. No maid service, no ice, no food on premises but a tired looking vending machine. Property allows big dogs and I got trapped in an elevator with a couple that did not look to friendly. Doors slamming at all hours of the night. No sound proofing at all. Traveling alone I felt unsafe at times. Would not return or recommend.

Great hotel for the price! Brand new, nice to have virtually a full kitchen in my room. Just a little difficult to find, and sketchy with transient people.

Room was very well appointed and clean. More of a long term suite with full appliances. Room was quiet except for the air filter device which ran constantly and was a bit too loud. Otherwise a very nice place to stay. Highly recommend.

Management is amazing!! They are always willing to work with you as far as payment goes. It is most definitely family friendly.

The hotel is new so overall it is in great shape. Nothing fancy, just a convenient place if you need a spot to stay. The check in process was very smooth and fast. Key card entry for added security. Easy parking with plenty of food delivery options in the area. The room offers a small kitchen with full size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and microwaves for those with longer stays. I did not look to see if dishware was offered. The bed is very simple but the mattress was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower could’ve been better but not bad.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that this hotel does allow pets to stay. I am not against that policy but the walls are fairly thin and no matter what you are always gonna have a little pet hair that remains. It is only really inconvenient for those without pets.
Convenient location but the freeway is right outside so you will have that background noise as well.
Would definitely still stay here if ever needed it.

When I first got there I was concerned I thought perhaps it was another motel 6 but the staff made it enjoyable and the facility itself was quite nice well worth the money

The staff did not take care of noisy people upstairs and we did not get any sleep and they refused to comp the room.

Not the room I reserved. Needed walk in shower but given tub shower combo.

The property itself is very clean on the inside, at least. When I took my dog out to use the restroom, there was piles of dog feces, everywhere making it difficult to have my dog walk through that area without getting fecal matter on his own paws. There are homeless tents surrounding the area which made it scary to want to walk my dog at night. Also, the place is loud, people walking around all hours of the night, cars coming and going. It sucks because the room smelled new and nice and clean, but the rest of the environment felt like a crack house.
Also, good luck finding the place, gps took me to the other side of the street! I had to call to find the place. Silver lining, is the staff here are SO NICE.

Our overall stay was good. The property was a bit difficult to locate initially. The grounds and room were clean. The bed was comfortable. The room didn't have any extras, just the basics (a soap bar and toilet paper). There's a kitchenette but you have to purchase dishes and utensils.
Our room door suddenly stopped locking and you could just open the door from the hall with no key. There was no sense of urgency to repair the door which raised a safety concern.
The staff was nice. This is pet friendly property so you will see and smell dogs. There is a holding deposit that wasn't disclosed when we booked and paid in advance.
Again, overall it was a nice stay. Just a few things to be mindful of if you choose to stay here.

Customer service was wonderful. The gal with red hair at the front desk (I'm terrible with names) was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and each of them has a kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, sink, microwave and a decent sized fridge. Plenty of shelving for all your things (plus some) Pet friendly, and I mean actually friendly, as in, talked to our dog and came out to meet and pet her. The only thing I would like that isn't currently available with the room, is a coffee pot and some basic dishware- (available for purchase at front desk) minor things. Overall, I would highly recommend, especially at the price point!

About the only thing nice I can say is it’s a new property. I arrived after dark and there’s no sign for the hotel. I drove past the entrance two times before I finally figured out where to go. There’s no complimentary coffee and the one coffee vending machine was broken (also they don’t own it). The floor was dirty and there’s no house keeping on Sunday. Most of the staff was very nice with the exception of the very rude staff member on Saturday night. Definitely would not stay here again.

While the place was clean and clearly a new renovation, there were other issues. It clearly states on Expedia under the pet section that there’s a $10 dog fee and a deposit of $50. The person at the front desk referred to it as a deposit as well. Turns out it’s just a $60 plus tax pet fee! More than half the price of the room for just one night. I’m pretty frustrated by this, mostly because after I called the front desk they referred me to their website where it says there’s a nonrefundable pet fee of 50. It’s misleading, and I wouldn’t have booked this place with such a high pet fee.

The only think I would say that I didn’t like was the location of the hotel. I passed it twice and found out it was behind a building and in the back.
