I want to start by saying the staff was fine and my review is about the homeless druggies hanging out in the parking lot! It’s really sad a newer hotel is a hangout for junkies. There were at least 10 plus cars in the parking lot with people just hanging out. After a bit they would go around the building to make their drug buy and head back to their vehicles. Our group will never stay here again. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place!

This place is more of a residence for some. Hallway needed a vacuum. Water couldnt get hot for anything! Just wasn't for us, we won't be staying here again.

This facility is in a very odd location back off of a main road and accessed by a long driveway. It does not feel much like a hotel. Lots of extended stay guests from what I could gather. It was clean and comfortable though, except for an odd, smoky smell in the common areas.

The place was new and the only positive was no carpet in the rooms so there was no stale cigarette smell. The hotel though had "smoking areas" right by the front and side doors so the hallways/entryways smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The elevator smelled of smoke and alcohol and the hotel guests looked as if they were right off the streets. There were no hairdryers, no tissues, no hand towels (2 tiny washcloths and 2 bath towels), no coffee maker nor did the hotel supply coffee (you had to pay for it from a vending machine). There was a nice kitchenette but no utensils to prepare meals. The room rate was inexpensive and close to my family which is why I chose this hotel yet, they skimped on so many things that it wasn't worth what I saved in a room rate. I was also charged a $50 "incidental" fee but there were no incidentals! We were also told this hotel is not in a good neighborhood. I didn't see homeless encampments but maybe it's because they were staying at this hotel? We won't be staying here again.

Not what we were expecting. Had the feeling of government subsidized housing with many long term residents. Price was reasonable, room was okay, but it didn't feel very safe. Was nice that it was pet friendly, but probably not a place I would return to for a night or two stay.

The room wasn't bad, just not my type of place to stay. The rooms were ok, clean just reminded me of a quick vacuum job. The bed frame is not secured to the wall, floor or heavy enough to stay put where they belong. My family did have a nick name for the room, we called it the Ikea room. Some of the selves and the bed frame reminded me of shopping at Ikea. Probably the biggest thing that really didn't fit my taste was the amount of dogs. At the checkin/out desk, you could see the dog hair on the floor mat and on the floor. We have dogs so I understand how how hard it is to keep a place clean. I didn't realize when I reserved my room that there would so many. On the way to my room, I noticed a few magnets on the door frame of other rooms that said something like animals or dogs in room. On our second night I had to run out to the car and on my way back in, I noticed like 3 people with dogs in the hallway. Overall, this place is average, just not my kind of place.

Not a very inviting front desk. Amenities were very minimal at best. Looks like people live there.
