Everything was prefect. Great location. Very clean. Bond was returned quickly
Not a big deal as I had wipes, but there was no dishcloth to wipe down benches

Good location. Lots of public transportation options, many restaurants, decent grocery stores. It was very quiet. Many outlets for our electronic devices. Spaciousness and security.
One of the bed's support boards under the mattress was broken, the hangers were the kind that the hook is separate from the hanger and they were placed too high for smaller people to reach, very difficult to use. There were no coffee pods, very few instant coffee sticks (like two, when we were two people staying for 4 nights), no tissue or paper towel, no dish detergent to hand wash the dishes, the sponge provided for dish washing was old, and no laundry detergent. Those are items that are usually provided by hotels. We stayed at different aparthotels during our trip and this hotel was the only one lacking them.
