About this house rental
Villa Lipa
Enjoy a wonderful stay in this comfortable holiday home with pool and panoramic views.
The Lipa luxury villa welcomes you with a friendly, modern yet cosy atmosphere, where you will quickly get into holiday mode. Relax on the comfortable sofa, listen to an interesting podcast or stream the latest series. Try out new recipes in the open-plan kitchen and dine at the dining table with a beautiful view over the countryside. In the afternoon, the living area invites you to take a short break with a good book or a fragrant coffee.
From the terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic view over the sea to the coast opposite. Have breakfast here in peace and quiet, plan your activities for the day or simply relax and unwind. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or play a game of water polo before relaxing on one of the sun loungers with a drink and watching the sun set over the sea.
Spend relaxing days in peaceful surroundings and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of rural Istria. You can take walks through the surrounding area, which is characterised by vineyards and olive groves, and get to know the local agriculture. The area is ideal for discovering local wines and high-quality olive oil directly from producers. At the same time, you can use Lapin as a pleasant base from which to explore nearby places and sights.
