Door and entry issues

Location, bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen.

The host does not acknowledge the fact that the main door lock is old and faulty. I doubt she is willing to update it for the benefit of the guests. We spend a lot of time trying to open the door and when we finally got in, we were told that nothing is wrong with it! The host will need to come and train you on how to open the door! If you value your time or want a stress free holiday, think twice.

I WITH THE AGE 0F 80 YEARS WITH MY DAUGHTER AND GRANDAUGHTER HAD THE WORST STAY

I HAVE RENTED 16 DAYS , BUT WHEN I ARRIVED I REALIZED THAT THE APARTMENT DOESN HAVE 2 BEDROONS, ONLY ONE DOWNSTAIR, BESIDE THE KITCHEN WITHOUT A WINDOW, AND THE SENSATION IS THAT IS A PRISON. UPSTAIR AT THE LEVEL OF THE STREET, AN IMPROVISED ROON WITH A WINDOW THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE ALWAYS OPENED, BECAUSE NO PRIVACY. I WAS DECEIVED AND THIS WAS THE WORST APARTAMENT I EVER RENTED, ALL YEAR I RENTED IN PARIS, ROME, FLORENCE, ETC. ETC
