DO NOT waste your money at this place. WAY overpriced and dirty

Spacious

Staying in this accommodation was a very UNPLEASANT and DISAPPOINTING experience. After arriving we found our beds poorly made, you could tell the bedsheets haven't been changed as they didn't look straighten and had remains of HAIR, DIRT, particles. We had to use up time of our holidays putting all the bedsheets to wash and to dry, and make the beds ourselves to be able to use them at night. We found baby socks, food wraps and excessive dirt underneath beds and sofa. There were also maintenance and cleanliness issues. After being in the appartament for less than an hour, one toilet became clogged. When we proceeded to shower, we noticed drains were full of hair. At this stage we had communicated with manager about the issues but didn't obtain any positive answers. We fixed the toilet ourselves and had to clean shower drains, the issues were still dismissed. The apartment also comes with only one key, which makes access to the building and elevator immensely inconvenient for a group of 7 people We texted with manager several times back and forth, even emailed pictures of every problem with found, but they kept being dismissive and never provided a real solution. We understand problems can happen anywhere, but the lack of action, responsibility, and hospitality from the host was very disrespectful and inconsiderate. The whole ongoing matter was a constant drainage of energy during our stay and a complete waste of time. After all, we still took some time to leave everything cleaner than found and made sure all beds were stripped to ensure future guests at least would get fresh cleaned bedsheets. This is absolutely frustrating. We will definitely not recommend staying here.

Fairly ok experience

The property is clean and tidy

It is a bit difficult to collect the key as I am first time book place like this. I left a message before and asked if able to checkin earlier at 1pm something, however it was quite straight that I can only collect the password at 3pm, even I arrived at 2pm. All the beds are too soft, and almost a faulty mattress.

I would not stay there again, would not recommend to friends. Was very disappointed , I expected much more for the money

Plenty of space

Very basic, not worth the price I paid. Only 6 towels for 7 guests, no hand towels, no washing powder, I had to clean the bathroom sink before using it. Much further from the City than I was led to believe. No one to contact to ask for extra towels etc. I have stayed at much nicer apartments for much less and closer to facilities.
