Pretty decent place for a short stay. The house was clean, nice and firm beds, clean sheets, clean toilet and bath.
Street parking. Never had an issue finding parking right in front of the house.
Thoughtful touches by the host - like stocking some laundry detergent.
The main door lock opens using a numerical code. Very convenient as you don’t have a set of keys to carry and multiple people of our family could come and go per their convenience without worrying about who has the key.
The front and yard could have been cleaner.

Location was central and walkable from the station.
Place was spacious and we had no issues during our stay. Cheap.
It was tired in places and needed some simple upgrades. For example the bathroom was quite mouldy and one of the bedroom windows didn’t seem to open which felt unsafe.
The host also wasn’t the most responsive.
