Location, price and staff.. can leave luggage after check out..
Very strong cigarette smell, lift under maintenance, can hear clearly the sound of cars, motorcycles, honk.. can’t really sleep well..

The location was perfect! You step outside and you’re in the heart of the market with so many food options all around. You could not hear the hectic outdoor life from the room which was a huge plus. They were also kind enough to lend me an adapter to charge my phone :)
It seems like there’s bad smell coming from the shower sewage. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned before my arrival. That being said for the location and price I was willing to wipe down the toilet seat (which is something I already do regardless of where I stay). Also I tend to like taking the stairs but they were very smelly so you had to take the lift up regardless.

Very good location in Chinatown and was comfortable enough to use as a base. Very much is what it says on the tin, basic facilities but we had everything we needed and there is a lift. Staff were very helpful with any requests we had.
Lots of things were slightly broken. shower door didn’t work properly and the body wash leaked which caused lots of slipping.
