They stay was amazing beside the crew who cleaned Sunday didn’t do much with anything in our room. But let me praise Amary. Sorry if I butchered her name. She was amazing sent a gift basket. The check in guys at night was absolutely amazing as well.

enjoyable place to stay- everything was in nice condition, felt like it lacked in food options but had other options around. Some staff at shift change had less personality and was harder to approach. Check out was nice, Hostest at the time was upmost the sweetest and pleasant

Wonderful family stop. Friendly staff. Pet friendly, with clean pet area. Central to area with plenty of food and shopping nearby. A few food options adjacent to the hotel. Newer and still in great shape.

Only issue we had was checking out in the morning. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. Finally had to just leave.

Had a great stay but the hotel was so new that there was still drywall mud on the flooring that hadn’t been cleaned up & the toilet wasn’t working properly. The staff was excellent and very attentive. There are limited food options within walking distance but the hotel does offer a small menu at their lounge.

What an amazing hotel. I moved hotels after our hotel was disgusting upon check in. And this one did not disappoint. It was pretty, nice and very clean.

Incredibly disappointed that Hyatt has charged an upcharge of $20 upon arrival. No reason other than greed. This was not disclosed prior to reservation. Supposedly it will be refunded in 3-5 days. ???? Really, what will 20 pay for?
I will not use a Hyatt again. Petty and sneaky.

One the best hotels we have stayed in. The workers were friendly and very accommodated. The room and bathroom was clean and smelled clean and new.

We stayed two nights and it was clean, quiet, and in a great upcoming location. Breakfast was ok and they made sure to refill everything until it was time to stop serving. The pool was nice and warm even though it was cold and rainy. We will stay again.

We liked our stay at this Hyatt. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It was very convenient to be right next to Freeway 84. didnhear any traffic

Stayed here for 4 nights while having some remodeling done on our house . We had a good stay here . Staff was friendly , hotel was clean and the suite we had was a good size .

Our room was clean, the gal at the front desk was super nice and friendly.
The breakfast on the other hand was not that great, but that’s always a hit or miss at any hotel.

Great visit. I'm in Boise frequently and this may be my go-to hotel. Priced great and extremely friendly staff, all of them. Clean, good breakfast, and respectable gym.

Property was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great every day! The only downside we could come up with is the pillows are flat. But everyone has their own preferences.

My stay was overall very good. My only complaint is that the sofa in the room was covered in dog hair. I alerted the front desk that the sofa needed further cleaning and they sent housekeeping up to take care of it. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly and accomodating. I'd recommend it to others.

Mostly excellent but for 2 points. A) The bedding (comforter?) is noisy if you turn over, move legs etc.; like crumpling noisy packing paper. The other is the French fries were under cooked. Other than that, it’s very good. Nice breakfast, decor, very pleasant staff. I’ll concede that my two points may just be personal preferences but mention them as easy to address matters.

New hotel so everything beautifully up to date. Room very comfortable and loved the design of room with a seating area. Comfy bed and great shower. Be aware pool/whirlpool outside. Great for warm weather but we didn’t come to swim. We will stay again in the future

This hotel is new and in great condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their complementary breakfast had a very good selection and was good. However, the food at their Placery Bar was quite stale. Chicken wings that had the texture of wood.
