Great accommodation, ideal location for Disneyland Paris

Clean and comfortable room, with fridge and cooking facilities. Balcony overlooking the pool. Very quiet overnight, comfy bed. Close to the extensive shopping mall and designer village. Park area with lakes and playgrounds behind the aparthotel. 15 minute walk to Disneyland Paris or 1 minute on shuttle bus.

Not well run. NO WATER in a 4 star hotel for a full day - and no compensation

location

Hotel infrastructure is simple, rooms seem a little run down but passable. The major issue was NO WATER in the whole hotel, and the ensuing chaos. My family could not use the toilets or shower, and likewise all other rooms. Front desk had only two people to deal with the matter, and they gave water bottles so people could use for basic hygiene, but there werent bottles for everyone. Issue persisted the whole day. They promised compensation, which never came and after running after them for a week I'm doing a chargeback. Not well run, and not honest management. Only plus is the location, which is good. Stay Away!
