Location

1. Lack of basic amenities: • Upon arrival, we received only one toilet roll, and despite multiple requests, no additional rolls were provided. • No fresh towels were provided throughout our stay. • There was no soap available and no drinking water, which is unacceptable for accommodation at this price. 2. Poor quality facilities: • The shower didn’t work properly: the temperature constantly fluctuated between freezing cold and scalding hot, making showering a frustrating experience. • The bed felt like a wooden plank, and the pillows were laughably bad. Sleeping was a nightmare. • The fitted sheet didn’t fit the mattress, adding to the discomfort. • Everything in the room seemed to be made with the cheapest materials and solutions. 3. Unexpected costs and poor communication: • We had to pay separately for electricity, but the owner refused to cooperate with taking a photo of the meter reading, which felt very non-transparent. • Upon checkout, the owner chased us down to demand the electricity bill be paid in cash, while we assumed this would be handled digitally. The way this was handled made us feel accused of trying to avoid payment. 4. Lack of cleanliness and service: • The room was never cleaned during our stay, nor was cleaning ever offered. • To make matters worse, we suffered severe food poisoning after eating at the hotel restaurant. 5. Customer service: • The customer service was the worst we’ve ever experienced. The owner made minimal effort to assist us and did nothing to address our requests or complaints. • The owner’s lack of empathy and involvement made us feel completely ignored. 6. Value for money: • Considering all the issues and the absence of basic amenities, the room is outrageously overpriced. You do not get what you pay for. Conclusion: Our stay was a nightmare from start to finish.

Comfortable but small, when you shower you end up wetting the toilet to… not very cool, other than that the room is cool

The room was clean and comfortable

The room and the hotel photos are very misleading! The room is smaller than it looks on the photos and the hotel commodities are not as shown.
