Great location and comfortable

Location was excellent. Flat was clean. security was good

There was no DSTV. No toilet paper in bathroom. No radio in bedroom. The water pipes in the bathroom made a noise whenever someone in above unit used the toilet. Dishcloths in kitchen were not clean. no extra linen in bedroom. no fans or aircons

Overpriced, dirty, and uncomfortable—left exhausted and frustrated. Would not recommend.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my one-night stay at the property. The experience was poor, and I left feeling exhausted and frustrated. Upon arrival, I noticed that the outdoor seating area was neglected, with a broken table leg and dirty conditions. There were even signs of previous smoking, with a discarded paper still lying around. The interior wasn't much better, with cups half dried and dirty glasses put away. The room itself was disappointing, with a dirty carpet that looked like it hadn't been washed in a while. The shower had an empty body wash bottle, and to make matters worse, there was no hand wash available. The hand wash dispenser looked like it had water in it, but that was it. The worst part of my stay was the sleepless night due to mosquitoes that feasted on me, leaving my face looking like I have chicken pox this morning. To make matters worse, there was no fan available to provide relief from the heat, so to keep the mozzies away I had to sleep under the blanket, which was unbearable. The bedroom windows face the hallway, ensuring that every passing conversation disrupted my already fragile sleep. Considering the exorbitant rate of almost R1600 per night, I expected a far better experience. The absence of even basic amenities like coffee was staggering. Overall, I would not recommend this property to anyone. The owners need to address these issues and provide a better experience for their guests. As I have an important seminar today, I'm now struggling to stay awake due to the terrible night's sleep. I have been using booking.com for years and never had these kind of issues before.

The apartment was not terribly unsatisfactory. The bedding was of low quality, dirty and full of marks, the base did not have a cover and it was stained, the kettle was rusted so could not make coffee, the furniture, old and worn, the scatter cushions had stains on them. The shower was sticky. To sum it up the apartment that was advertised is definitely not the same apartment and it was very expensive. Will absolutely not recommend this to anyone, was very disappointed and my stay was terrible

Good apartment is nice it needs improvement on clearness and customer service

The location is the only thing that we loved

The customer service from the owner is very bad. It took us more than 3 hours to check in, the was no one to assist us, the is no reception, even the contract number provided on confirmation email was not working. The security officers on duty did not even have information about our booking. We also paid money for damages when we make a booking, when we asked the owner about the procedure to claim the cash, we were told that they didn't get that money (R1500) we used our airtime, stuck with the security officers on duty trying to get Booking.com and the owner.
