About this apartment rental
One of the best-maintained and most prestigious properties on the beach in Menton. Located right on the water, 20 meters from the beach and Menton’s beautiful promenade, it features the most beautiful and only building with a rooftop pool and a huge sunbathing terrace for relaxing when the beaches are crowded. 200 meters to the Old Town. 360-degree views of the Alps, the sea, Italy, and the Old Town from the building’s rooftop terrace. The apartment’s private garden, with its citrus trees, offers shade and spacious seating areas for playing, reading a book, and enjoying meals together outdoors. The private parking space is located in the garage, which has a 1.80 m height limit. There are many good restaurants within walking distance—right on the beach or in the Old Town—and a large supermarket nearby. There’s also an ATM next to the apartment building.
I live in Germany, was born in London, and visited the Côte d’Azur for the first time in the summer of 2021. I’ve visited many places, including the charming town of Menton. Its Belle Époque buildings, proximity to the Alps, and the Italian Riviera make this place truly special. I was able to purchase this wonderful apartment from a family living in Menton who had successfully rented it out year-round. I am very proud to be able to continue their warm and professional hospitality and look forward to welcoming both new guests and returning guests from previous bookings. The apartment is located just 100 meters from the beach and features a beautiful, large garden with lemon and linden trees. The garden measures 25 square meters, bringing the total living space to 65 square meters. Half of the garden is shaded, where you can sit outside, play cards, and eat. The other half of the garden is open, allowing you to enjoy the sun in your own private little retreat. It’s also ideal for small children and small dogs, as it’s on the first floor and is a private, fenced-in area. The rooftop pool is open to all residents and is available almost year-round. The rooftop terrace, with its view of Menton’s Old Town, is also a lovely spot to sit and read. Park benches are available on the terrace. My property manager, Jane, will also take care of you and arrange your check-in. You’ll be shown where the parking spot is and how to get to the pool. The gate has a child safety lock; however, you’ll find further instructions in the user manual, which is available in English, French, German, and Italian.
