The property was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It felt just like staying in a 5-star hotel! The place was well-maintained and provided a comfortable, relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, right outside a mall, close to the night markets & other attractions. Fabulous property with 2 massive pools (35th floor has an infinity pool), kids playground & massive grounds. We were also impressed by the level of security as they don’t let you in without a key code therefore keeping the hotel very secure.
No 24/7 reception area so you can only communicate with them through booking.com but they’re not always available & they take a while to get back to you.

Die Lage war ganz gut :) der Rooftop Pool ist wirklich cool & das Gym hat eine große Auswahl!
Das Zimmer ist leider nicht wirklich sauber gewesen, vor allem das Badezimmer und die Dusche.
Hinzu kommt, dass wir leider 3/4 Tagen kein warmes Wasser hatten. Es riecht leider im ganzen Haus streng und im Zimmer somit auch.
Das Personal ist leider auch nicht so freundlich, da es auch nur aus Security Personal besteht und kein richtiges Personal vor Ort gibt - was wirklich schade ist. Beim Check in wurden wir zwar ins Zimmer geführt, aber es wurde kaum mit uns gesprochen.
Des Weiteren hatten wir gefragt, ob wir nach dem Check Out unser Gepäck da lassen können bis wir fliegen und uns nochmal vor Abreise abduschen können - umgerechnet 20€?! Wir haben uns dafür dann lieber ein neues Hotelzimmer gemietet, um ganz entspannt abzureisen.
Wir würden es nicht empfehlen und können die guten Bewertungen leider nicht ganz nachvollziehen.
