It features a spacious living room with a dining area for 4 people, a cozy sofa set with a high-quality sleeper function for 2 people, and a large TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished terrace facing southwest, where you can enjoy breakfast on warm summer days and wind down on balmy summer evenings with a glass of wine. A beach chair offers protection from too much sun or wind.


The hallway leads to the bathroom, which features natural light. It offers a walk-in, floor-to-ceiling rain shower with a glass shower enclosure and a towel warmer.


The kitchen provides cooking enthusiasts with plenty of space to let their creative culinary skills run wild. It is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
The bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed, a large TV, and a closet, and also offers plenty of space.


You reach the front door via a staircase with about 6 steps, as the house is situated on a slope. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
A parking space is available at the house.

Each apartment comes with one parking space. The entrance is reached via four large steps on a hillside.
Alt-Sierksdorf is the southern and quieter part of Sierksdorf, featuring many beautiful villas and high-quality housing.
