Luxury "Relax" vacation rental with a pool, partial lake view, and panoramic Alpine views on Lake Como in Colico.
The vacation rental is beautifully furnished and features a living room with satellite TV for German and Italian channels, plus an Amazon Stick for your favorite movies and TV shows.
Free Wi-Fi, insect screens, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, etc.
Bedroom with a double bed, 2 twin bedrooms with new 100x200 mattresses (24 cm thick), bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine, large terrace with solid wood patio furniture, 1 covered parking space + 1 outdoor parking space.
Heating and air conditioning included in every room.
Bed linens and towels are provided for you.
Pool open from June 1 through September 30 and available to our guests: children’s pool 20 m² (depth 60 cm) + adult pool 60 m² (6x10), garden, lounge chairs, umbrella, and solar shower.
Please note: Non-smoking accommodation.
High chairs and cribs are available free of charge (upon request).
Most restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops are located in the center of Colico (approx. 2.5 km away); a large shopping center is only 6–7 km away—it’s called Iperal Fuentes and features a large supermarket and 60 stores. Posallostrasse is just 1.8 km from Piona Beach and 3 km from Colico’s Lido (swimming beach).
In winter, you can enjoy skiing in the nearby ski resorts.

St. Moritz with its breathtaking Alpine scenery, a paradise for cross-country skiers around Lake Silvaplana. Beautiful walks, many events, and activities await you. (350 kilometers of slopes, 88 runs, and 37 mountain restaurants)
