The accommodation
You will stay in this pleasant new house with a living room, dining room and open kitchen on the first floor as well as a shower room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and a board

Upstairs you will discover a large bathroom and 3 bedrooms all composed of:
-1 mezzanine for 2 people
-1 queen size bed (160x200) new bedding
-1 connected TV with free access to Netflix / Prime video / YouTube
-1 desk
-dressing room with hangers

Outside on the private garden side tables, chairs, deckchairs, hammock, small barbecue (charcoal not provided), children's games, children's tables and chairs

Traveler access
It is recommended to be driven to access the house.free parking space in front of the house limited to 3 cars,
Located on the heights of the city, the nearest bus stop to Disney or Meaux is a 20-minute walk from the apartment

Other remarks

The accommodation must be left clean at the time of departure, departures must take place no later than 11am
The bus stop is 15/20min walk, road without sidewalk and poorly lit at night

You will be staying in my house, please take care of my accommodation during your stay and respect the neighborhood

INTERNAL RULES:

2- Non-smoking garden (presence of flammable synthetic lawn)
3- Shoes forbidden in the accommodation due to floors and stairs made of fragile materials (wood and synthetic parquet) bring slippers
4- Organization of parties and family / friendly events / bachelor parties for young men / girls ... forbidden (quiet residential area, close neighborhood, terraced house) under penalty of immediate cancellation of your stay
5-hours of calm in the accommodation and the outdoor areas (10pm-8am) due to the adjoining of the accommodation and the instructions of the municipality
5- Lock the door and close the windows while you are away from the home
6- Respect the instructions and departure times
7- Nudity forbidden in the outdoor areas
8- No pets allowed in the accommodation and its exteriors under penalty of immediate cancellation of your stay
9- Neighbourhood-friendly parking 3 cars maximum in front of the house
10- Eco-responsible behaviour in terms of water and electricity consumption
11- Respect the number of occupants indicated in the reservation (do not welcome external people)
The accommodation must be left clean (sheets removed, dishes clean and tidy, fridge empty, garbage emptied) we do not charge a cleaning fee to our guests
