About this apartment rental
This apartment, whose renovation won the Special Jury Prize in the 5*****Paradiski ranking, is located 200m from the Transarc and skis on skis to access the Jardin Alpin chairlift just below.
It is ideally located in the heart of the resort of ARC1800, close to the Place des Villards and its shops; very close to the Mille 8 relaxation area (Swimming pool, Spa, fitness, lounge) and the kindergarten.
We will be able to advise you on the addresses we prefer in the resort so that you can immediately be in the best conditions to spend the most comfortable winter holidays.
This rental with a surface area of 95 m2 for 8 people includes:
- A very large living space with a living room, a kitchen open to the dining room, with two large bay windows, corner sofa and armchairs, flat screen SmartTV with Apple TV, Marshall bluetooth speaker, USB sockets, large wardrobe closet.
Exceptional south-west facing view of the Vogelaz and Pierra Menta massifs.
(The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: wine cellar, microwave oven, convection oven, fridge and freezer, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer, coffee maker, kettle, Nespresso, toaster etc.)
-A master suite with a King Size bed, a large wardrobe + safe, flat screen SmartTV. Large bay window with direct access to the balcony. Private en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and double sink unit. Exceptional west-facing view of the Vogelaz and Pierra Menta massifs from your bed but also from your bath or shower!
-A bedroom with window, Queen Size bed, flat screen SmartTV, wardrobe, large drawers under bed. Private bathroom with shower and a vanity unit.

Facing South-West, the large triple balcony quiet and not overlooked, will welcome you to enjoy the sun during the day and the magnificent sunset over the Pierra Menta.
You will have access to two private ski lockers in the residence's ski room. (Reminder: It is forbidden to move around in ski boots in the apartments and in the common areas of the residence)
It also has a rare covered parking space, in a reserved space, in the residence and close to the apartment. (free access to the station)
In order to facilitate your arrival and departure by avoiding the traffic jams of the season, the rental is from Sunday to Sunday.
This apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels can be provided by the concierge service on advance request (duvets are available in the apartment).
The apartment must be left clean. End-of-stay cleaning is optional (to be booked directly with the concierge no later than 15 days before your arrival).
With the apartment, you have access to additional services offered by the concierge service, on request and as an option.
Arrival is from 4pm and the apartment must be left on the last day of rental at 10am.

A well equipped, very comfortable apartment close to the slopes. We loved the open plan area for eating and socialising. The apartment is also very close to the Transarc lift so getting out on the slopes was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend.

Property was exceptionally clean and tidy. There has been great attention paid to the detail of the decoration and furnishing. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with useful essentials!
The flat worked well for friends sharing. There’s one en suite bathroom (with shower, bath and toilet), one en suite shower, one bathroom (with bath only) and one toilet.
The landlord is extremely helpful and very responsive. Location is ideal for the slopes, restaurants and shops. I’ll definitely be back!

The location of the apartment is excellent for skiing - 5 mins easy walk to the lifts and shops. Great boot and ski room with easy access to the street. We were two families with children and the apartment was really well equipped for us. Excellent kitchen facilities including coffee machine, pans for cooking and basics like oil and salt and pepper which made self catering really easy. Sherpa mini supermarket is less than ten mins walk too. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and bedrooms dark for sleeping. Living area was great for relaxing and chatting in the evening. The view from the apartment is spectacular! Only thing worth mentioning is that there are 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) but only two toilets/w.cs. Owner comms were really quick and helpful. Linen was simple to sort once we understood we had to do this separately but the owner sent all the info we needed. Key pick up and drop off was simple and great that it was at the apartment itself.
