“Das Kaiserwohl”—a brand-new double chalet designed in the Alpine lifestyle—was created with passion in 2022/23. Carefully selected natural materials—local fir, fragrant Swiss stone pine, and stone from North and South Tyrol—lend this extravagant gem a special charm.
Masterful craftsmanship, Tyrolean skill, a keen eye for detail, and unique ideas showcase this gem amidst our enchanting natural surroundings. Surrounded by meadows and forests, you’ll experience a sense of peace, security, and relaxation at the “Ruhstatt”—the name of both the neighborhood and the property on which the house stands. For generations, the Ruhstatt has been a haven of tranquility amid the storm of time.

Panoramachalet Das Kaiserwohl:

The chalet has two double bedrooms with box-spring beds and two bathrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and separate guest restroom. The second bedroom features a west-facing terrace. Adjacent to it is a bathroom with a Swiss stone pine sauna, shower, and restroom, as well as a “Kaiser” terrace. The chalet spans 100 m² across three floors, featuring a stairwell, entryway, first floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna, and a terrace, as well as a kitchen-living area on the top floor with a pull-out couch for up to 2 people.
