This spacious, family-friendly vacation home is located between Sagard and Glowe on the Jasmund Peninsula in the northeastern part of Rügen, on the edge of the national park.
The house is in a secluded location, surrounded by fields and meadows. In the fall, cranes gather here, and you can watch these impressive birds from every window. The large Jasmund Bodden is 2 km away, and the famous Schaabe Baltic Sea beach is just 5 km away. It can be easily reached by bike, bus, or car.

The property covers 2,500 square meters; here, children can run around on the large lawn, play on the swing, the slide, or in the sandbox.

The sunny south- and west-facing terraces offer plenty of space to relax, as do the cozy beach chair (unfortunately only available from Easter through October) and the forest sofa. The property is completely surrounded by ornamental shrubs and is also largely fenced in and lockable. During the season, you’re welcome to harvest the fruit and berries.
An old settler’s house was converted into a cozy vacation home in 2004 using building materials typical of the region. With its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this is the perfect place to spend a vacation with your extended family or get together with friends. The vacation home can accommodate up to 9 people and 1 additional toddler in a crib. A bright, cozy living room with hardwood floors, a fireplace, a couch, a large dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen invites you to linger. This vacation home is particularly well-suited for those seeking relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts. However, numerous attractions for every taste are easily accessible by bike, bus, train, or car.



Polkvitz Vacation Home:

This vacation home is lovingly and comfortably furnished. An open kitchen adjoins the large living room. It is equipped with a ceramic-hob stove with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment (3 compartments). The dining table, with a long bench and chairs, serves as the transition to the living room. The living room features a couch, a comfortable recliner, a sideboard, a flat-screen TV (40-inch Full HD), a stereo system, and a fireplace. The bathroom on the first floor has underfloor heating, a barrier-free walk-in shower, and a washing machine. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a shower. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor: Bedrooms 1 and 2, each with a double bed (2.00 x 1.80 m) and a flat-screen TV in Bedroom 1; Bedroom 3 has two single beds (2.00 x 0.90 m), currently pushed together to form a double bed. The upper floor also features a wooden crib (1.20 x 0.60 m), which can be placed in any of the bedrooms as needed. On the first floor is the fourth bedroom with a French bed (2.00 x 1.40 m) and an additional single bed (2.00 x 0.90 m). The living room and the bedrooms upstairs have hardwood floors; all other rooms are tiled. Running along the side of the house are several south- and west-facing terraces with patio furniture and a charcoal grill. You’re welcome to use the entire property and relax in the beach chair. For the children, there is a sandbox and a play structure with a swing and a slide. Depending on the season, you’re welcome to harvest the fruit trees and berry bushes. Parking spaces are available on the property. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.



Check-in is from 5:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
