Apartment 2 is a 2-room vacation apartment on the top floor and is ideal for 2 adults with children. It is located on the 2nd floor and has 38 m² of living space. The apartment is laid out as follows:
Bedroom (17 m²) with a double bed (1.80 x 2.0 m), a pull-out couch for two people (1.60 x 2.0 m), and a TV. Open-concept kitchen-living room (15 m²) with a dining table for four people, kitchenette with refrigerator, 2-burner stove, sink, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, TV connection, radio, and a 5 m² shower room/toilet. From the kitchen-living room, you can access the rooftop terrace (6 m²), which faces south with a view of the old Granitz beech forest.
Dogs are allowed only in apartments 1–3 and 5–10.



Built around 1910 and completely renovated in 2000, Villa Rügen is conveniently located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz; the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a 3-minute walk away. Since summer 2009, the half-timbered house Anna (on the same property), located directly next to the Binz spa park following extensive renovation, has been available for booking.
The vacation apartments offer a beautiful view of the old Granitz beech forest or the spa park. You can reach Granitz and the spa park in 1 minute on foot. The fine-sand beach of Binz Bay or the town center is a 3-minute walk away. Schmachter Lake or the pier is a 4-minute walk away.
