About this house rental
Lovely property for 14 people in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Stagnola. Superb sea view, large private swimming pool and not overlooked in the middle of a garden of 3500 m2, petanque court. 4 bedrooms: all with a bathroom-shower (3 with double bed and 1 with two single beds), bidet and 2 toilets in the main part plus an independent apartment for 6 people with a shower room and separate toilet.
The accommodation
All comforts: reversible air conditioning in all rooms, washing machines and dishes, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, gas and induction hobs, TV, WIFI internet, cot and baby chair, deckchairs, parasols, garden furniture, etc... Large terrace with barbecue and breathtaking sea view.
Private parking; boat anchorage in front of the house.
Stagnola beach at 200m with water sports, straw huts, boat rental. Nearby (600m): restaurant, pharmacy, newsagent, beach items, fishmonger, supermarket.
Ajaccio airport 20 minutes away, ferry and Ajaccio center 30 minutes away.
Bed linen, household linen and towels are at your disposal.
Well behaved pets are allowed.
Private concierge on site for any request: cleaning, shopping, childcare, bike rental, excursions and restaurant reservations, etc...
Arrival and departure times are flexible depending on the availability of the accommodation. All arrivals and departures between 9 pm and 8 am will be charged 50 euros to the tenant.
Before departure, the garbage must be thrown away and the dishes put away.
You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if the accommodations are not returned in a correct state of cleanliness.
I am perfectly available to answer messages, emails, and phone calls. Reception on site to advise you on the right addresses. Brochures and guides of Corsica at your disposal on your arrival.
