About this house rental

While retaining the original character of old mountain farmhouses, the house has been completely renovated and equipped with all modern comforts. It is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines between Modena and Reggio Emilia, nestled among meadows, woods, and a small vineyard. Perched on a hilltop, it is always well-ventilated and offers spectacular views of Mount Cimone, Mount Cusna, and the Dragone and Dolo rivers. In Monchio, you’ll find the Santa Giulia Park. The cities of Modena, Reggio Emilia, and Parma are very close by—the first two are less than an hour away. Nearby are also Maranello (home to Ferrari) and Sassuolo, with the Balnea spa. It’s the ideal spot for a vacation immersed in nature, following the rhythms of the past in search of complete, undisturbed serenity.
