Amazing

When we made a reservation, we already saw that the host is great, kind and helpful, just based on communication with them. Apartment is located right near the Setas de Sevilla, one of the main attractions. It is just 15 minutes walk away from the city center. We had an amazing stay, everything was perfect (WiFi, cleanliness, big bathroom, utilities).

Fantastic location in a beautiful city!

The location!! It was in the most perfect, central location. I was blown away by where it was located. The room itself was perfect too; great size, comfy bed, spacious bathroom, plenty of space to store luggage, clothes etc. I was so impressed by it the property. Check in was smooth despite not seeing anybody. They were in constant communication right from booking and the key being in a lockbox was a great idea. Overall, I was so impressed by it and the location just made my trip even better. I travelled as a solo female and felt safe in this great property in a fantastic location.

Everything was great but maybe the pillows? A little lumpy but I slept like a baby so it wasn’t a massive issues at all.

Great spot but a little too noisy for us 😕

Fantastic location walking distance to all attractions lots of restaurants and bars around. Good communication from the owner on how to access the building.

Unfortunately it was too noisy for us the neighbors like moving furniture around constantly early in the morning and very late at night It was hard to get much rest after a long day otherwise it's a great little spot the room is small but can still manage it for two people ! the bathroom was big.

Perfect location, ideal room for couples or very close friends!

The room is perfectly located ! You could reach the historical centre easily on foot and you could go by the room for a quick reboost. Plaza de la Encarnación can get noisy at times, but as the room is facing the back of the building, it is calm and easy to rest. Soundproofing is decent, we could hear neighbours every now and then, but not at a degree that is unbearable! The room was clean and has a spacious bathroom with a small window. The double bed and the pillows were comfortable (although we were unsure about the bed at first). There is decent space in the room (we had just 2 cabin bags), and has just the basic equipment that you need. We did not meet the host, but we could easily and instantly communicate with him, he even sent us a video of how to get in the building and the room in the first day which was really helpful. Overall we had a great time!

A necessary addition to the room would be a plug-in mosquito repellent or something similar. Only one out of the three windows has screens to keep insects out, so when we arrived we found at least 5 mosquitoes in the room and there were more.

La ubicación

La cama y la almohada muy duras, no nos dejaron descansar nada bien. Les solicitamos si nos podían conseguir unas almohadas más blandas y todavía estamos esperando la respuesta.
