The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with tub , a large living, an equipped and practical kitchen with a sofa and direct access to the roof garden. The apartment has closed private parking connected to the apartment by elevator . Few steps away from Lucca old town it is the ideal location to discover this enchanting town. Borgo giannotti area is one of the ancient quartier and some artisans sell their product there. A farmers market to buy food and vegetables is held on Saturday nearby.

The apartment was very nice. Two bed rooms, two baths, kitchen and living room. Rooftop was very nice but hot during the day. The underground parking was great. Towels and sheets were provided, but soap and dish sponges were not. I would stay here again.

Cinzia is a gracious hostess. She was responsive to all our questions. She made a great recommendation for an afternoon trip to a medieval town called Barga which we wouldn't have known about. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and very clean, and in a quiet location. Close to restaurants and cafes. The location is excellent -- about a 5 minute walk to the old city. However, there is no laundry available, though the listing said there is. There is a very old washing machine which Cinzia asked us not to use. We were traveling with a child and especially booked places with washing machines available. The other issue is the Wifi. It did not work at all for the first 3 days of our 5 day stay. Cinzia tried to fix it but eventually had someone come in to replace the modem. If having access to laundry and reliable Wifi are important, you may want to confirm first with her about the status of these issues. The roof deck as pictured in the listing is amazing. There is underground, secure parking in the building. All in all, a good stay in beautiful Lucca.

Overall, good. However, stove did not work, suggest fixing drainage in shower, third step from the roof is loose, no soap for our 5 night stay, no dish soap. Perhaps more attention to cleaning kitchen appliances. The location could not have been better!!
