The breakfast was great. We ordered off a menu and food was cooked to order. Excellent fruit, eggs, norwegian salmon, croissants. Very generous. Lovely dining room.
The one thing that bothered us was the techno music they play outside in the evening. Fortunately we couldn't hear it in our room.

Location was excellent very much in the centre of town and was easy to walk wherever. The hotel itself was easy to access by car and it was simple to park, the building was a renovated military building and done very tastefully.
Not immediately obvious as to where the hotel started and where the reception was as the downstairs was a popular bar/cafe/restaurant for nonresidents.

Location was excellent, right where you want to be in Peschiera. Hotel design is lovely and the restaurant is quite good.
In reality this hotel is actually a pretty good restaurant that has hotel rooms attached to it. Rather than a quality hotel that has a restaurant attached to it. Very limited attention given to hotel guests. Lack of staff, nobody ever on reception, no phones in the room, no facilities to get showered or changed for a late flight after the 11am check out.
