Villa Pedena
If you are dreaming of a relaxing holiday surrounded by the unspoilt nature of Istria, Villa Pedena could be the ideal choice for you. At the same time, the villa is only a short drive away from the nearest beach. The villa will leave everyone speechless as great attention has been paid to the details. The ground floor has an open-plan layout and large windows that let in plenty of light throughout the day. Here you will find the spacious living room and the fully equipped kitchen. With a total of 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed in a separate room, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people. To make your stay in the villa unforgettable, there is a fitness room at your disposal, where you will also find a pool table and darts. If you like to prepare delicious specialities, you must try the traditional built-in barbecue. For those who like to eat outdoors, there is also a covered terrace. The biggest advantage of this charming villa is the inviting pool, which is for your exclusive use.the villa itself is a secluded, perfect place to relax ... so ideal if you value privacy, peace and quiet. Istria is easily accessible and has an excellent road network with little traffic. The coast with the major tourist centres and Pula airport are only a few minutes away by car. The nearest beach
Rabac is 18 kilometres away. The Istrian peninsula Terra Magic is located on the Adriatic Sea, the closest warm sea in the heart of Europe. The pearl of the Kvarner Bay belongs to the eastern part of the peninsula. In the western part, just 12 kilometres from Pazin, lies the fantastic medieval Pazin Castle (Kastel) 130 metres above the cliff where the Pazinica River flows into the Pazin Pit: This is the setting for the novel Mathias Sandorf by the famous French writer Jules Verne, which was published in 1885. Nowadays there is a Jules Verne Club in Pazin, and Jules Verne Days are organised every year at the end of June.
