The newly built apartment features a kitchen-dining area, two large bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious walk-in shower, and a sink with a mirror cabinet. The toilet is separate. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with seating. From the kitchen-living room, you can step out onto a beautiful, large balcony with seating. Here, you can enjoy the afternoon sun with a view of the garden until sunset.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic-top stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a Tassimo espresso machine, a kettle, and a toaster.
There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. A drying rack, ironing board, and iron are provided.
The couch in the kitchen-living room can be converted into a double bed.
The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV.
