About this house rental
4 bedroom house for 4-8 people, with an exceptional view of the Mont Blanc range. The best view of Chamonix!
Ideal location in Chamonix in the Moussoux district. Quiet, and very sunny, facing south. Very close to the hypercenter, 12 min walk, and the Planpraz Brevent gondola, 8 min walk without difference in altitude. Hiking departures 100m from the house

The accommodation
The entrance to the house is from behind on the garden side
On the entrance floor:
- Living room with living room and dining room (large table for 8 people)
- Equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and refrigerator, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster)
- Wooden balcony with exceptional view of Mont Blanc.
On the upper floor:
A large bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) for 2 people and a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc range.
A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) for 2 people.
A bathroom with bath and toilet.
A workspace with a desk.
On the lower floor:
A 3rd bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) for 2 people and its shower room and WC. Also on this floor: Washing machine and separate WC.
An independent studio with separate entrance at the front of the house and not communicating with the rest of the house: 1 pull-out bed (2 single beds) for 2 people, a shower room with toilet and kitchenette. Very practical if you want to be quiet and independent.

Very enjoyable three week stay , mixing remote work, climbing and quality time with family and friends. Property is perfectly located and has perfect lay outs to accommodate friends and family while preserving everyone ‘s privacy.
