The house was very clean and updated. Outside area was great!!

Everything about this house was wonderful, from its modern design to its spotless interior. There was a minor issue with ants in the kitchen, but the host handled it immediately. He personally came by to spray and explained that the property had already been professionally treated, but the recent heavy rains likely contributed to the problem. The host was genuinely outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His warmth, responsiveness, and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable place to stay.

Bert nice space! Super nice host!

We came to Kansas City for a wedding. The property was nice. Kitchen area and living room area was large and open. The backyard and pool area was very nice. Bedrooms were good size. House could use some maintenance, things like loose faucets and faucets not working. Patio furniture was worn out. The hot tub had some sort of lotion that was floating all around in it and after discovering it we didn’t use. The pool was supposed to have been heated , but was hard to tell because water felt cold and kept most guests from using. Mattresses in large bedroom in lower area were worn out and need to be replaced. Check in was at 4:00 pm and we arrived 25 minutes early and I received a text reminding me that check in was at 4 pm. Upon entering house and checking it out the vacuum was left in the pool and I had to remove which wasn’t a problem, but later that evening when we were all enjoying the backyard pool people showed up to check the chemical balance of the pool and sort of interrupted are evening. We didn’t let it bother us, but it was odd. All in all we enjoyed are stay and had fun. Property could have been prepared a little better.
