Good location and clean studio.

It’s comfortable inside for short stay

It’s in 4th floor. No lift. It was not mentioned in the details. We struggled to climb with a suitcase. Luckily someone came for help to carry the suitcase. This place is not suitable for elderly.

An absolute scam, avoid at all costs

Absolutely nothing.

Absolute scam. We travel a lot with my partner. We never saw this before. Don’t get misled by the “nice decoration” and “renovation”. 0. I am French and for having lived in this area in the past, you are in the most depressing and unappealing part of Montrouge. 1. You arrive into an old ghetto building that smells like urin, depressingly old and dirty walls, has no lift. 2. You get to 4th floor hoping things will get better as you get into the flat. 3. A strong smell of apartment scent invades your senses. You think they tried to make it nice, until you realise they were covering the horrible smell coming from the bathroom in waves. 4. Then you realise they lied on the description and that the layout of the apartment is nothing like described. One bed and one sofa bed facing each other. 5. You discover the bed is broken after opening it. You have a big hole in the middle and It was 35 degree angle towards the floor, your blood goes into your legs all night. 6. You report it to them and ask to be refunded so you can move somewhere else. They offer you a refund only if you cancel the reservation AND ONLY IF someone else books the accommodation on the same dates. Basically you can forget about it. After raising things with Booking, they reached out to the accommodation which to gain time dishonestly kept asking for additional time ending up not refunding not answering to any of our messages anymore. Absolute dishonest behaviour. Booking agreed to escalate the issue but only refunded me of 80€ saying full refund is only depending on the accommodations will. I will pursue escalation. I am sure the accommodation is dishonestly going to try to distort reality in their comment as a reply to my message. They still owe me my 500€. I will proceed with my travel insurance and my lawyer. Just spare your money, time and nerves.

Lovely jubbly.

It had great aircon in the heatwave. The flat had everything I needed. Big fridge freezer and washing machine. Dish washer and microwave as well. Modern and comfy. Great communication. Helpful.

Nothing really but needs a book about local facilities. From experience.

gostei da decoração, itens modernos, e muito confortável. o bairro é mais afastado do centro, então você consegue ter uma experiência de morador mesmo.

apenas a escada para ir até o apartamento que não gostei muito, principalmente se você tiver muita mala ou estiver muito cansado. mas isso não afetaria na minha opinião geral e eu voltaria muito.
