Excellent location, we were able to see a lot of the city by foot. The host is very lovely, was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment is simple but has all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Good WiFi, charming surroundings close to the river, clean linen, some basics in the kitchen.
There are several things to improve, such as smell of pipes in the bathroom, but this does not influence the general positive experience.
Apartment is on the third floor with no elevator so the stairs might be an issue for some.

Great location, especially for the price, and a comfortable bed.
Strong smell in the apartment from the bathroom. It was not very clean too - animal fur and trash from the previous guests were not cleaned. We also received no check-in instructions prior to arrival.
