Cleaning Laziness can ruin a nice place

It had air conditioner and it wasn't mentioned.

Very superficial cleaning. I had to clean the bathroom to use it. The smell of insecticide has persisted in our clothes even after we arrived home, I had to through my pillow because of smells from insecticides. The mattress on the double sized bed was smaller than the frame. The picture shows my slippers after our 2 days spent there.

Strongly not recommend

Nothing

We had a very disappointing experience with this apartment. We made a last-minute booking for a two-night stay but ultimately left immediately upon arrival due to the unacceptable conditions. To begin with, despite being advertised as offering free parking in the neighborhood, finding a parking space proved extremely difficult. We spent approximately 15 minutes searching before eventually locating a spot. Upon entering the apartment, the level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The kitchen surfaces were greasy, and the refrigerator contained leftover food and visible dirt from previous guests. Most concerning, however, was the condition of the bed: the linens had clearly not been changed, as there were visible hairs and large stains resembling bodily fluids. Given these conditions, we made the decision to leave immediately. We contacted the property owner to request a cancellation and refund. Instead of addressing our concerns appropriately, she responded defensively, claiming the apartment had been cleaned and offering to provide proof via messages with the cleaning staff. She then proposed to come personally (at 1:00 AM) to change the bedding. Considering the circumstances and the hour, we declined, as we simply wanted to rest elsewhere. Shockingly, she then suggested that we ourselves had done things in the bedroom and caused the stains, which was entirely unfounded and inappropriate. Over a month later, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through Booking.com, we have yet to receive a refund. We were informed that they have been unable to reach the property owner. Additionally, the owner refused to issue an invoice. We have since escalated the matter to the relevant authorities in Romania and are currently awaiting a resolution. In the meantime, we have provided photographic evidence for transparency. We strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Отвратительно

Было жутко грязно, оставили ведро с грязной водой. Полно тараканов, сообщили после одной ночи пребывания владельцу о тараканах, все что он ответил это - it is not my business. А чей это бизнес? Букинг особо тоже ничем помочь не смог, владелец умыл руки. Съехали раньше срока.
