Convenient location. It’s close to SM Sucat, LRT, and Amvel, with everything we needed nearby. The area was accessible and convenient.
One thing that could be improved is the additional charge for using the induction cooker. I messaged the host to ask if the fee could be waived since I had originally booked and paid for four guests, but only two of us ended up staying. I was hoping this could be considered, especially since the rate for two guests was lower than what I had already paid. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response right away, and because of this, we ended up not being able to cook during our stay.
I also felt that the additional charge for the cooker was a bit unreasonable considering the overall condition of the room. The place was clean enough overall, but the room had an older feel and some things looked like they could use updating. Some of the sheets and the sofa did not feel as clean as expected, and there was some visible dust. The utensils were also quite old, and some had signs of rust. The shower also had some rust.
Overall, the location was very convenient, but I think the room and some of its amenities could be better maintained, and the additional cooking fee could be reconsidered.
