Designed for “temporary living,” the apartments range from 40 to 50 square meters, are thoughtfully laid out, and are perfect for short- or long-term stays.

We, “Stadthaus Neckarsulm Serviced Apartments,” are a young, family-run business. In total, we rent out 12 exclusive, fully furnished apartments in our townhouses Heiner (Grabenstr. 5) and Schrade (Marktstr. 12) in Neckarsulm, as well as our townhouse in Erlenbach (Viertelsteige 46).
We focus on a personal touch—we want you to feel right at home in our apartments. Each of our lovingly furnished apartments exudes style and comfort, ensuring that your short- or long-term stay will be unforgettable.
