Worst experience ever

Close to the beach

This was one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had — from the accommodation itself to the host and service. And beware of the deposit process — it’s a mess. - Smelly washing machine, a single high bathroom mirror, no full-length mirror in other rooms, and zero hooks — not even a place to hang towels or clothes in bathroom. - The listing promised 3 beds but had only 2 doubles. - There is no AC! As result we had to open windows and we couldn’t sleep until 5 AM - loud karaoke\life music bar nearby blasted music until 4, followed by drunk people yelling under our windows - apartment is on ground floor. - Our booking stated a €100 deposit, but they demanded €400 - I had to contact Support to confirm and it was 100!! - Host aked for direct IBAN transfer — not standard or secure. When I asked to do a credit card pre-authorization like normally all places do, they asked for full card details over WhatsApp! -Despite agreeing to pay in the end by cash or card at check-in, I was asked again by another employee again for proof of transfer had to have the same convesation again My sister paid the deposit, and they said refunding to her account was fine. Two weeks later: again issue, excuses - they aparently did not know how to transfer outside EU. In the end they sent the refund using my name and her bank account — causing a block. Her bank confirmed they need to correct the name. When I followed up? I got: “Look, the money already left our account. We have nothing else to do, deal with your bank”. Luckly our bank helped to resolve it, but we lost on commisions on transfering to my account back and forth. Days of repeated explanations, no accountability. This 1-week stay turned into a 2-week nightmare of stress and lots of talking. Completely unprofessional and chaotic — avoid this place entirely.

Wonderful stay, beautiful apartment - we would highly recommend to anyone!

The property has an amazing location, right in the heart of the old town. You couldn’t get a better location, very close to beach also. The apartment was modern and it had all we needed and more (minus a vacuum to get rid of sand and dirt - they do have a sweeping brush though) The agency who let the apartment were very informative and helpful!

The noise from the busy party-goers were, at times, disruptive - no fault to the apartment. No AC made the apartment feel like a sauna but thankfully there are fans in the apartment. Somewhere to store your luggage (only available Mon-Fri) on weekends would be good as we had a later flight. Overall we had very little to complain about. The location was just next to none.
