Welcome to our beautiful vacation home, 4 Peaks. This spacious house is located right next to the forest and is also conveniently situated on Leopoldstraße, making it easily accessible. This location makes it an ideal starting point for hikes in the mountains, whether short or long. Berchtesgaden and Salzburg are also easily accessible by bus or train, with just a short walk from the house. So you can simply leave your car behind during your vacation.
With 4 individual bedrooms, the house accommodates up to 10 people; it features a cozy living room, a spacious kitchen, a laundry room, 3 bathrooms (including a ground-floor accessible shower with a toilet), and an additional toilet. The house is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The wide terrace, complete with an awning, lounge furniture, and a large dining table, invites you to linger and enjoy a barbecue. A garden borders the property on the other side. It has just been completely redesigned and now offers plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy yourself, including lounge chairs for sunbathing. In the nearby towns of Bayerisch Gmain and Bad Reichenhall, you’ll find all the shopping options you need and want—not just for daily necessities. There are lovely cafes and restaurants, pharmacies, medical care, and wellness and spa services. A wonderful Italian restaurant is nearby and also offers delivery. The natural landscape and local communities of the Berchtesgadener Land offer countless other opportunities for exploration, whether by bike or public transportation, such as the Wimbachklamm Gorge and the salt mine. Just a 10-minute drive away is the stunning Thumsee, where you can spend wonderful hours swimming and sunbathing. The famous Königsee is also easily accessible and can serve as a starting point for some truly special hiking tours.
