The location was very central, right by Monastiraki subway station. Nice acropolis view. The staff was very friendly and helped us store our luggage for free in a nearby hotel
Lots of street noise with the window open. Odd looking room. Maybe decorating it a bit better could help

The location is perfect
No room service. For 5 day stay we were expecting the least, fresh towels, and cleaning the garbage. The building is very old and smelly. There are no glass doors in the bathroom of apartment 1 thus water is everywhere, no mop or anything to clean as only 1 towel per person was provided.
