The center and beach of Lloret de Mar are just 3 km away (8 minutes by car). The villa is located in the Roca Grossa neighborhood.

This villa is also an ideal base for golf enthusiasts. Within 30 minutes, you can reach several beautiful golf courses, such as the well-known Camiral Golf Resort (formerly PGA) in Girona. A quarter of an hour further on, you’ll find the Club de Golf d’Aro Mas Nou near Platja d’Aro—a spectacular course thanks to its panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Gavarres Mountains. This course has been recognized by the European Society of Course Architects as the “Best European Golf Course.”
The villa is located on a cul-de-sac, making it very quiet in terms of traffic, and is just 50 meters from the start of several hiking trails. There is a 2-km hiking trail that leads directly to the town center and on to the beach (about a 20–25-minute walk). Villa Mare Nostrum is built above street level and has stairs, making the villa unsuitable for people with limited mobility.
Upon arrival, you will see that the property is enclosed by an electric gate. The driveway, although steep, can accommodate 3 small cars or 2 large cars. If necessary, there are two small parking lots available just a few minutes’ walk away on the street.
As you enter the driveway from the street, you’ll find the stairs leading up to the villa, where you’ll first arrive at the small round table. It’s pleasantly situated in the shade for those who want to retreat here for a moment. The entrance to the house is also located on this terrace level.
Upon entering the villa through the front door, you’ll step into the entryway, where you’ll see the first bathroom with a shower and toilet directly across from you. To your right is the fully equipped kitchen with a BBQ area. It includes a coffee maker (filter), dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, etc. If you’re unsure whether something is provided, feel free to send us a message for more information.
To the left of the entrance is bedroom 1 with two single beds and the living room. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a television, and dining space for 12 people—all with a unique, phenomenal ocean view! Bonus: The living room is on the same level as the pool, so you can take a refreshing dip right from the living room and then relax on one of the lounge chairs.
As you can clearly see in the photos, there are several seating areas available outside. A large table for six people, a round table for four, and a spot for two at the front. There’s also a large umbrella available for hot summer days and a lovely outdoor shower on the side of the villa. The pool is maintained during your stay to ensure it’s always in perfect condition.
In the hallway near the entrance, you’ll find the staircase leading up to the spacious hallway. The first floor features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 2 is furnished with two single beds and a sofa bed, accommodating a total of four people. Bedroom 3 also accommodates a total of four people and is furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed. Bedroom 4, the bedroom on the far left, is furnished with a double bed and has its own en suite bathroom. If desired, we can provide an extra bed here upon request for a 13th person or child.
