About this house rental
The detached Finnish log cabin “Holzperle am Meer” offers you green, sustainable, and eco-friendly living in a cozy atmosphere across a total area of 160 square meters, including a wooden deck, just 850 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. The 1,300-square-meter garden is fully fenced.
The log cabin is situated in a quiet, secluded location on the outskirts of the Baltic Sea resort town of Rerik. The beach along the Baltic Sea cliffs is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The house has been furnished with great attention to detail and can accommodate up to 6 people plus a toddler. On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a bathroom renovated in 2021 featuring a large shower, bathtub, and two sinks, and a separate toilet with a bidet and sink. There is also a spacious living-dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV, as well as a south-facing wooden deck with additional seating and a parasol.
The utility room features a washing machine, a dryer, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Next to the garden shed is a wooden sauna with a relaxation area.
From the large hallway, a gently curving staircase leads to the second level of the house. On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms with double beds, as well as a restroom and an open loft with a hanging chair for relaxing.
Bed linens, towels, and sauna towels can be booked upon request. Wi-Fi is available free of charge during your stay. Thanks to the large property, there are more than three parking spaces. Bicycles can be stored safely and sheltered from the rain in the carport area. Two small to medium-sized, well-behaved dogs are most welcome. Since this is a wooden house built sustainably and in a climate-neutral manner (wood is a renewable resource and stores carbon dioxide), for insurance reasons, smoking is not permitted inside the house, nor is barbecuing with charcoal next to the house. An electric grill is available for your use.
