About this apartment rental
The LISA vacation rental, situated in a quiet location, is a tastefully and luxuriously furnished home on the 1st floor of Villa Rosita II.
Spanning 46 square meters, the apartment features a living/dining area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large south/west-facing balcony with patio furniture and a parasol.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to make your vacation comfortable (oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, children’s tableware…).
The bedroom is equipped with a second TV. There is space to set up a travel crib.
The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating.
During periods of intense heat and at night, exterior roller shutters provide additional protection.
A separate storage room offers the convenience of storing your luggage during your stay. You’ll also find cleaning supplies there, such as a vacuum cleaner.
Bed linens and towels can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
The apartment naturally includes a parking space (right next to the building) as well as a lockable bike storage room.
There is a small playground on the property with a sandbox and seesaws.
By the way—the beach is just a "stone’s throw" away! Shopping options are also in the immediate vicinity.
Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome.
