Villa Rerik, House 1, Apartment 1 offers 52 m² of comfortable living space for up to four people in a charming setting. This spacious apartment is located on the first floor and spans two levels, creating a pleasant living experience. In addition to two separate bedrooms, the apartment features a bright living area with a cozy sofa nook—complete with tile flooring—and a kitchen that opens onto the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster—leaving nothing to be desired. A dining table and plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery are, of course, provided. For your convenience, a refrigerator with a built-in freezer and a vacuum cleaner are also available.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, mirror, and a hair dryer—here you can freshen up after a day at the beach. A clothes rack is also provided, giving you plenty of flexibility even during longer stays.
The accommodations are designed to be particularly child-friendly and expressly welcomes families. A private terrace overlooking the well-maintained garden, furnished with patio furniture and a parasol, is perfect for relaxing outdoors. The private garden invites you to linger and relax.
